We are happy to say that my carpets are clean and I couldn't be happier. The carpet dry cleaning system worked very well. Polo was our technician and was wonderfully polite and very thorough. He was able to get out every spot that we had high hopes for and a couple that we didn't. The house was left wonderfully clean and smelling fresh. Will definatly be calling Polo again in the future.
