The job was done well. I have a wool rug that they cleaned for FAR cheaper than ANY place I have heard of (other places wanted 200$, they charged 40$). They left the house VERY clean, and they scrubbed stains on their hands and knees if they saw a spot remain after the machines. My rug got a THOROUGH scrubbing and looks great!
