We brought our grandchildren in in March, All 6 did projects with our 2 daughters and my wife. We paid all of the money, paid for shipping and as of today in July haven't received anything from them. I've called, my daughters have called and all we get is exuses. Still haven't gotten anything. She says she's only one person, That's fine but she promised my grandchildren their stuff in 2 weeks maximum. I asked them last weekend and they've forgotten about their projects. It's very sad and a horrible way to run a business. She should give us our money back. Very very bad.
Pros: Kids enjoyed it but haven't received anything in 4 months
Cons: Have never received the projects they did in March
