Pen-E-Ventures sold me a dress that literally fell apart. They provided me zero assistance in getting the dress repaired, cleaned or replaced. You can find the same dresses/designers at Nordstroms, Saks or Bloomingdales at a better price and receive MUCH better customer service. So much for the personal touch of a local shop. I recommend never shopping there.
