Brian Grady from the company came out to provide an estimate for my neighbor to have some storm-damaged limbs removed from her trees. After he was done with her, he also provided me with an estimate to have 2 trees removed to the ground from my property as well as another one pruned down to the last branch on the tree. I made it clear I wanted the one branch left behind because it was the only source of privacy for my back yard...as it blocked the view to the house behind me which is a 2-story home.. The work on my property was to be done in the winter, as he advised their rates are much cheaper in the winter due to it being their slow season. \r
The crew came out the following week to work on the neighbor's trees and ended up cutting down the one branch I wanted to keep on MY tree. They provided no notice, no warning, and crossed my privacy fence to cut the limb from my tree. Now that 20 year old limb is gone, nothing can be done to put it back. Furthermore, they spent more time working on my tree-limb, and failed to remove the branches they were supposed to remove from the neighbor's trees.\r
MAKE SURE THEY PUT IN WRITING WITH A DIAGRAM WHAT WORK IS TO BE PERFORMED PRIOR TO SIGNING A CONTRACT OR ORDERING WORK BE DONE!!!!
Cons: Pruned wrong tree, not even on property
