We showed up in SLO late Friday afternoon. It was almost 5:00 P.M. We had our Uhaul packed and had spent all day driving up from San Diego. Two ""studly dudes"" ready to start what we thought would be a great first experience away from home. We had rented a house from a different rental co. When we showed up at their office they said our house wasn't available!!!!! What a load of sh_t! The old tenants were still in OUR house and hadn't moved out. But what really pis s _ d us off was that the rental company didn't bother to call us. How much effort would it have taken??? So we had no place to live, no place to go and it was late Friday night. We were driving down Broad Street and just happened to see the sign for San Luis Property Management, so we thought we'd go in. Michele was the only one there. Everyone else had left for the weekend. When she heard our story, she said she would stay until she found us a place to live. She took us to a GREAT place really close to Poly. It was better then the other house we thought we were getting. We could ride our bikes to campus. She didn't even know us, but she gave us the keys and let us move in. She said ""let's get together and do the paperwork on Monday"". It was very, very cool. So, we've been here for over 2 years now. Me and my friend both graduated this year and we're moving out. I'll be sorry to go. She helped us enjoy our stay here.
