First Rich came and spet a couple of hours investringating the leak from the updairs bathroom, turned out to be a small leak in the lend bend. he didne't have the part in the truck and since it was almost 11PM, we agreed to finish thework tomorrow. Bill came (Mike was off) and did an excellent and complete repair job, never doing anything to resh the work. We have been using Roto-Rooter for a number of years and wouldnm't thing about valling a nother plumber. Roto-Rooters men are pleasant and competant, they tell you waht it will cost up front no matter how long it takes to complete. I would wholehartedly recomment Roto-Rooter to my friends.
