My roommate and I went to look at their 2/2 apartment. The leasing agent quoted us $350/person, which we thought was really incredible and too good to pass up. Despite listing the price of the apartment repeatedly in person and in writing as $350, the agent let us fill out all of our personal information, including SSNs and license plates, before calling us HOURS later after we canceled all of our other appointments to view other apartments to tell us that the 2/2 was $520/person/month. Neither he nor his supervisor would honor the price they had originally given us, nor would they consider meeting us in the middle. So now we have no apartment prospects and they have all of our information. DO NOT RENT HERE.
