I was recommended by my friend to go to Style Masters to get my hair colored. So, I set up an appointment with them to do a double process color (go from a dark brown to a light blonde) and a cut over the phone. I get there and wait 15 minutes after my appointment is supposed to start, and I talk to the girl who was supposed to cut and color my hair. She asks what i want to do, and I tell her that I want to go blonde. She looks at me and says "the thing is, that takes time" I told her that thats what I scheduled and then they say that they will reschedule. They didn't do anything that would make me want to go back there..
