a few years ago my son returned from israel and noticed a neon sign on wiles road that said falafel bistro. he had a craving for the food he loved in israel, the food there satisfied his craving and then some! we both found the food so fresh, so perfect. since then i have introduced the place to all of my friends and the restaurant has become our favorite. ilan the chief and owner has a true talent for cooking and for making you feel like you are at home. one can tell that ilan has a passion for creating wonderful dishes. my husband , friends and i have tried almost every dish there and have loved everyone! its hard to pick a favorite!
