Very Poor. Owners fail to take responsibilty for their error and become confrontational and nasty when confronted. Their error cost me work time, fee paid for estimate and certified check fees. When I confronted Garrett Quackenbush in the store he became very confrontational and threatening. He also said he would send us a check for the $50.00 estimators fee. This has been almost 2 months and still no check I filed a complaint with the Better Bus Bureau and now he is trying to mislead and threaten them with legal action. An unbelievely POOR businessman with no customer relations skills or ability to maintain his temper. What he fails to understand in the long run is that by word of mouth to anyone I can relate my experience to Syracuse Pool and Patio will lose a lot more business than $50.00. Cons: Confrontational Co-Owner with Anger Management Issue more
