do NOT move into these apartment in Wichita KS. Has bad prolems with mouses and spiders in the apartments. Lots of pigeons that poo all over the stairways. My friend almost fell off the balcony by leaning on it and it broke half way offand we live on the 3rd floor! The landlord trying to make us pay for it. They will try to screw you over for everything. Not friendly landlords you want to have. My Central Air doesn't work i've put a work order on it multiple times but they still haven't fixed it.
