View is the only good part of restaurant. Steak tough, fried shrimp flavorless and linguini clumped. Friendly but inadequate servers got dessert incorrect and did not do anything special for anniversary when mentioned at beginning of meal. (numerous other tables had sparkler and song). Server named Alfredo. Go just for drink and view and you SHOULD be happy.
