I LOVE this restaurant. The food recipes originally came from the owners, ""food Grandma used to make"" and if you are looking for the BEST appetizing, smoked fish, pastrami, or burgers, shrimp or just an excellent hot dog - this is by far the BEST deli in NYC. Whether you want a solid breakfast, a power lunch, dinner at 4 AM after the clubs close, Sarges does what it does best since 1964. Same family owned and operated on it's fourth generation. Food is fantastic.
