Terrible Account handling. They dont know what Insurance they accept. They tell you they take your Insurance but dont, then they send you the bill, Because they THOUGHT they were In-Network but wasnt and then say ""we thought we were"". The person who cleans your teeth is the person who deals with your account. I Got send to Collections after 2 Invoice that were sent in the same month and I tired to call and resolve the Issue and they never got back to me. According to the person the Doctor/Owner was to Busy to talk to me and i asked maybe at a later time and they replied . Shes Never Avalible to talk to me about my billing matters. I was suppose to get like $3,000.00 in treaments there thank god i didnt I would have been Paying for the whole treatment out of pocket.
