I am very unhappy with my Pro Tow experience today. They highly underquoted the amount of time it would take to get to my house which is less than 4 miles from their place of business. I understand that they were busy, but if they would have provided me with an accurate quote I would have called another company and not ended up waiting almost 2 hours for my car to get picked up. I was equally frustrated with their hold message that spoke about good customer service when I didn't feel I was receiving good service.
Pros: Nice driver when he finally arrived
Cons: Took entirely too long
