They did not provide quality care to a person I know that was in this facility. Resident was not bathed but once a week. When family would visit they would leave it up to the family to clean the resident soiled briefs. Patient was dropped on the floor more than once. Patient ended up back in the hospital with an almost life threatening condition due to the staff over medicating patient
