I've been a customer of this location for rover twenty years. Once in a while I go in and they turn on the air machine for my tires.Most places do this when you ask them to and there is never a charge for the air.
Today I was told ""we don't just turn it on"" I said, ""I am a regular customer"". Boy says, ""No just don't do it."" I said, ""I won't buy my gas here anymore."" ""Boy says, ""OK"". I leave. I guess it is their right. It is also my right to tell them I don't like it by not giving them anymore of my money. They wont get another penny out me or my wife.
So much maintaining loyalty.
Isn't Cape Cod such a lovely place to do business? I will NOT be gassing my two vehicles there any more, nor purchasing anything in their store. And you know sad part . . . nobody gives a sh&t!
