I am a past tenant of a Siba property, and I have to say the management company is seriously the worst management company you could ever imagine. Their policies do not make sense and based on the way they treat you, you would think their strategy is to make your life hell. It is really disgusting the way they treat their tenants and shocking that they even have tenants at this point. I would STRONGLY STRONGLY discourage any person that is interested in even looking at an apartment to walk away. I have dealt with Mikki too many times, as I was unable to speak to anyone of a higher authority and my experience was so miserable time after time. I was warned before I moved into my apartment, but I did not take it seriously. I thought how bad could it really be? But trust me, they are really REALLY the worst. All of the other reviews are accurate. It is not worth spending money on an apartment at a SIBA property, when you could go to many other buildings, managed by other companies and actually be treated like a paying tenant.
