I was in the market for a new heating and air unit a few weeks ago when my 45 year old a/c unit finally decided to stop cooling my home and started shaking so badly it sounded like someone was jackhammering outside of my living room. I had heard about SECO from a friend of mine I work with who had his system installed by them a couple years back. He said his trane unit was the best thing that has happened to improve his ability to save money on energy since he bought a prius!
Pros: Super fast from estimate to install.
Cons: none at all.
