Britanie Olvera, the proprietor/CEO of BIT Contruction Services, has been one of the most honest and hardworking construction professionals I have had the pleasure to work with. I am an out of state landlord and got ripped off by a contractor recently. I had the good fortune of meeting Britanie who agreed to come at the 11th hour and help to rescue me and to re-do most of the damage done by the shoddy and incomplete work of the previous contractor who ran off with my money. She has the highest integrity and is very patient with all details and requests from me. I was impressed with her attention to detail in both her work and her information she provided me via email. She did not charge me an arm and a leg for her services given the situation I was in. Her price quotes were reasonable and she provides full transparency of what she buys and how she plans to execute your work, which is very heartening. Talking to her, you can see that she is really motivated and loves what she does. I am very impressed and will be sure to use her services now and in future. I am very picky to recommend someone, but she commands my respect and recommendation for the work she did for me, with integrity, full transparency and pride and did not charge me exorbitantly. She works for the end-client's good and you can feel it through her actions and words. She is not out there to make a quick buck like 90% of the contractors I have had the displeasure to work with before her. I will continue to use her services so long as she maintains the same level of commitment and price fairness.
