no refund for ""points"". Trust me, the place used to be awesome, with really fast karts, a nice track, and a cool atmosphere.
They don't even use waivers anymore, and let little kids ride the ""pro"" karts, making races not fun at all. Now the track is small, the karts are slower, even the employees I talked to said they were mad about the downsizeing of the kart track and the slower karts.. I also got ripped off out of $45 for go kart rides I bought but dident use, they wouldn't refund me! The manager just laughed at me. Overpriced, Do NOT go, find another place to kart or have fun (dave and busters is nicer if you want an arcade).
