Frank said our 12 year old Jeep Cherokee needed a new computer when it failed to start. Charged us $100 for diagnostics and offered to buy the car off us. We bit the bullet and paid to have it towed to our regular mechanic across town. Tom reset the computer and it works like a dream! SOOO happy we didn't sell the car or pay Frank to install an unneeded computer! Makes me think he's either: ignorant about Jeeps or dishonest. Either way... beware!
