I made 3 visits with one of the Dr. here. I was not impressed with the Doctor or the service. I got to all appt. at least 10 minutes ahead of schedule, so that I was ready for my appt. time. The first appt., I waited 45 minutes past my scheduled appt time. The second one, I waited 1hour and a half and got a half-hearted....""sorry for the wait"" On the 3rd visit, I asked the desk if I was going to have another wait...(I was 15 min. early) They said there were 2 people ahead of me. I told them politely that I had waited on 2 previous appt. and that I would not wait an hour for this one. She said that she would inform the ""back"". I waited my early 15 min. and then waited another 30 minutes, with no appt in sight. Five people were called in ahead of me. I left after telling the receptionist that they could delete my file because I would not be returning. I would not recommend this clinic at all.
Pros: New office, nice waiting room
Cons: Hour long waits for appointments, a don't care attitude
