Bill's is the best in Fayetteville. all of his artists are extremely talented and that matters. Hizzie is an awesome piercer. I have had too much done to list here but i have also had quite a bit done elsewhere and this is the shop i would recommend. How can you consider any tattoo overpriced when it comes out amazing. If you want a substandard tattoo go pay a substandard price... It's your choice.
