Promises unkept! TThe crew leader announced on their arrival THEIR tipping policy which was presented as part of the contract. It wasn't part of the contract and his arrogance cost him big money. Unfortunately my wife (no shrinking violet) dealt with him on her own. I probably would have fired him on the spot.\r

A promised carpentry visit the day before the move was changed from 10 to 1, then , 2 , then 3, then 3:30..I just got screwed around by people who raised my expectation of service. Oh the smooth salesman....no responses after the order signed. ..................
