Difficult to get an appointment as a new patient 6/23/2009

I tried scheduling a general cleaning today June 23rd, 2009, and was told that the earliest available appointment was November, 5 months away. Before I could say anything else the receptionist started listing dates and times in November. At this point I interrupted her to ask if there was any way to get an earlier appointment. At this point she asked me quite rudely if I had listened to what had just been told to me. I got off the phone and called another dentist who scheduled me for next week. Maybe they are so busy because they are good...but that receptionist is not a friendly person to deal with. Just my experience. I'm sure people who go to this dentist and have routine cleanings have no issues with their appointments, but good luck as a new patient. more
