I bought a couples massage for my parents and although they had to wait several months for the appointment they were finally able to schedule time off work. However, no one ever called them to inform them of the change in locations. To make matters worse my mother called while on the way to confirm the address only to find out that no one would be available to give them their massages! The lady then blamed my mother for the problem! I spent several hundred dollars so that my parents could enjoy a nice massage at a place that at one time had rave reviews only to be let down. I would never recommend this spa to anyone. Don't let them waste your time
