On a personal level, this Mr. Tire is great! Roy, the assistant manager, is very friendly and helpful and got me a good price on new brakes. If you're in a rush though, this isn't the place to go. My car was not ready until an hour after my scheduled pickup time, despite having had it all day. I was a little upset, but still happy about the friendly service.
