I brought my puppy to this facility to have a routine surgery. The hospital did not explain any risks or concerns to me and my puppy died during the surgery. I was heartbroken and the vet called me to inform me that my dog had died and he just said, "This type of this just happens sometimes," as if I was just supposed to accept this as a routine result of surgery. When I refused to pay for the procedure that resulted in my puppy being dead they turned me in to a collection agency in an attempt to heartlessly collect their money even though they provided me with nothing but a dead puppy. They even charged me a corpse disposal fee just to twist the knife even deeper. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone that is looking for a skilled and caring vet; obviously they just wanted to shuffle me and my loved puppy in and out so that they could get paid no matter what the result of the surgery.
