I bought a 2006 Chrysler 300 and was extremely pleased from the beginning with the car, and the service department at the dealership I purchased from. Now, Chrysler has closed that dealership, and I can't get anyone to help me with warranty work on the car without first charging me a fee. I have attempted other Dodge dealerships, and they tell me that they will have to charge a fee for diagnostics up front. The other dealership would do a diagnosis for free, even if I decided I couldn't afford to have the work done, or if it was not covered under my warranty. We are selling our Dodge Ram 2500 pickup truck, and the Chrysler as soon as we pay it off, and I will never purchase another product from this company again.
