previously, i have always done my own steam cleaning or paid others to steam clean. but this beats steam cleaning in every. from the quick response to my online inquiry, the thorough informaiton and helpfulness, the polite and professional workers, to the way my carpets looked and smelled (spots removed too), i am very pleased. will definitely use again.
