Carpet Dryclean's service was excellent and professional. Miguel Polo and Vance kept me informed by cell phone of their whereabouts and timeframe such as earlier-than-anticipated arrival and their estimated time to finish. They were very efficient and courteous. The carpet looked great, even the trampled carpet on the stairs looked fluffy. Dirty carpet spots were gone. Wonderful work!
