I took my 4Runner to Autowash Express at 8909 Six Forks Rd 6/8/09 to have an ultimate wash ($26 for SUV). After my vehicle came out of the wash, I noticed that there was still soap on it. I went out to the crew (who began trying to wipe the vehicle without removing the soap), and asked for it to be rerun and rinsed off. No one seemed to speak English, and the supervisor was a young guy who spent the majority of his time supervising the hot chick working the register inside. After I found him and got his attention, he did run the vehicle through the wash again. \r

The crew finished the vehicle, but there were some noticable spots that were left unclean. Next time, I'll take it somewhere else.
Pros: Decent job at the end
Cons: Lazy Service and Poor Supervision
