1 day after picking up my wife's car from here, the plastic engine cover underneath the car became unhinged. My wife was on the highway at the time, and heard a very loud scrapping noise. By the time she made it home, the plastic cover was completely ruined. The only way to make the car drivable was to remove this plastic piece.
OK fine, everyone makes mistakes. When I called them up to ask them to replace this, I got yelled at the manager. Actually I got yelled at before even asking them to replace it, they started getting mad at me when I just told them what happened! This is only the second review on this site, but other sites have similar experiences.
BE CAREFUL!
Pros: They raise your heart rate when they yell at you
Cons: They are incompetent and yell at their customers
