I have been to this store many times. I have never had a problem. Great selection of anything you want to drink...wine, beer, etc.. Their prices are good, and as for their customer svc...excellent. Don't judge a place by one persons point of view. Apparently we can all see they must be upset about something but it isn't Southington Wine & Spirit.
