We went to a friend's birthday party at Ten Pin, and rented the VIP room with 4 lanes and a seating area. The staff was rude and unresponsive. It took about 4 tries to get the waitstaff to bring us a drink. We were not given what we were promised (bowling pin to sign for our friend) instead we got an old polo shirt with someone else's name monogramed on it. When our 2 hours were up, we stepped outside of the private room to see that the club had transformed into a nightclub. The music was old-school 80s and some early 90s. The crowd was decidedly seedy, a bunch of ""players"" and not a white person in sight. \r

A few of us left to get the cars while the rest stayed to make the best of things and dance a for a bit. When we returned the bouncer refused to let us in to go get our friends. He completely ignored us, despite having reservations. We tried to walk in and were physicly assaulted by the other doormen. The managers finally saw what was going on on the cameras and let us in to grab our friends and leave. \r

This place is simply awful! Save your money and use it at some place you might actually have a good time.
