Katy Harris is my trainer and has helped me tremendously with pursuing and reaching my fitness goals. She listened to my needs and developed the fitness program to satisfy those needs. She has done this with a passion for her work and an attitude of having fun while working at it. I would recommend Empower's services and particulary Katy to everyone. The entire staff is as professional and delightful as one would want.
