I had a great time training with Empower! The gym was very clean and never crowded. Matthew was an excellent trainer and taught me a lot. I would recommend him and Empower to anyone!
Pros: Very clean, friendly and knowledgeable staff, never crowded
Cons: They couldn't come with me when I moved away!
