The short of it is that I retained their services, they failed to provide me detailed monthly billing. They failed to represent me to my standards or to the standards they promised me. Multiple times the paralegal and the lawyer himself said it was an open and shut case and that I absolutely had nothing to worry about. They were misleading and wanted more and more money, but had not ONE positive result for me. I lost everything, (my home, my child, my money), although I provided plenty of evidence on my behalf. I feel I was swindled and would NEVER RECOMMEND this firm or my lawyer, Joseph Baker or Janel Ostrum. CONSUMERS BEWARE AND DO YOUR RESEARCH!
