Same experiance as everyone else. Car hijacked in the middle of the night. No notes, shady markings, cash required, added tax that does not make sense, no human interaction, third world Gitmo impound conditions. \r
How many more complaints does it take? EVERYBODY has the same story and the same questions.\r
Why hasn't the FBI or someone on a Federal level stepped in?\r
