We live in Clayton, NC and this evening two men in red t-shirts came to our door to see if we were interested in furniture they had in their Thomasville Transport truck. Yes, they had an 18 wheeler parked in the street of our subdivision and were going door to door trying to ""unload"" their stuff.
Be wise and don't encourage these guys. Call the cops like we and many of our neighbors did.
