I've been to visible changes before and the customer service is not that great. Im black american and more white people go here to get hair cuts and style. So, the one time i went the person doing my hair did not talk to me about my hair. I think because she just didnt care. Other people sitting around the person doing their hair talked to them. So, i went in a year later 6-27-09 i needed a color and cut. I have long hair so they charged me to color my whole head which if i would have known they charge by the length of your hair i would told them to cut 1st. So that was money down the drain and the person doing my hair did not talk to me about protecting my hair what i should do to keep my color. I got it dye for the 1st time. I am 30 years of age. My hair was a virgin i joke about. I never had chemicals in it. I just get it washed and flat ironed. Anyway after getting my hair dye they send me to Geraldine! It does not matter about race but in that place i felt out of place until i sat in her chair. She didnt try to get impersonal asking the noramally questions ""do you live around here?"" ""do you have kids?"". She told me about what products would be good on my hair and why it would be good. Because noone has taught me about product i dont buy any other then cheap stuff. I told her what i use and she told me no we live in houston and our climate is different from others and we should use this to protect our hair. I was so impress with the knowledge she knew that i trust her opinion and bought some of the product. When i go back i only want Geraldine to do my hair becaseu she knows what she is talking about. Oh and my hair I LOVE THE CUT, not so much the color it is to light for me.
Pros: She was very knowlagable of her products
Cons: The product is to expensive but worth it
