I'm from Chicago and recently took up archery. I called Hysell in the morning and asked if they had time to provide lessons and additional guidance to me since I'm new and coming from far, which I was willing to pay for. They assured me that someone could work with me.
When I got to Hysell, they were with other customers and I waited about 20 minutes before they even acknowledged I was there. Finally when the gentlemen greeted me, I was informed that they were too busy that day and come back another day. I explained I was told to come in and I just drove 90 minutes. This did no good.
Frankly this left me quite frustrated. I will seek out other archery companies to work with.
Cons: Misled me into coming into shop
