I called with questions about holding a birthday party at Looney's and was given the owner's email address. I wrote to request details (room, availability, pricing, minimums, etc), as none of it was listed online. He replied with a curt, ""check our website for info"". I explained that specific information was not available online, which was why I was asking. I felt his response was extremely rude and unhelpful. I told him not to expect my business. He replied with ""have a lovely day"". This is certainly not the way I would respond to my customers, especially as the OWNER of the business and especially not in this economy. How disappointing.
