I encountered the Digital Duchess team years ago and have used them ever since. I wouldn't dream of trying a new computer service. Hardware, software, they know it all. The duchesses have always had time for my smaller account and I've never felt like I was too small to be taken seriously by them. I cannot recommend the folks at Digital Duchess highly enough. They are tremendous.
