i could just cry reading these reviews - i wish we had known to check online reviews before we hired these people. they have done such a terrible job manageing our prop & when we try to communicate w them, they are confrontational, rude & argumentative. is that how a person who works for you is supposed to behave?\r
iv'e heard there are many good mgmt companies in our area - we plan to follow up on references this time, before we replace HRM (which we will do - asap).
