We had photos taken with my four brothers from out of state. There were large shadows which we noticed when we got home. We called to have this corrected and were told that touching up was an exception. They did touch up the photo, but refused to replace the old shadowed photo with the new touched up version. We paid $180 for pictures that look like garbage. The company has refused to make this right and the manager at Lancaster, Debbie Navaro was remarkably rude and refused to give me her manager information. I have contacted corporate.
