NoPo Optical cost me a lot of money the last time I went there to get prescription sunglasses. First of all, the woman who helped me ended up charging me too much even though I asked her if it was correct - 9 months later I ended up getting a check for $100 in the mail. And then, they gave me a glasses case that doubled as a lens cleaner which scratched the heck out of my lenses. Three months ago I called and asked if my lenses had a scratch warranty and the woman on the phone said NO. Then yesterday I went in to have my glasses refitted and the woman asked how long I have had them as they have a 1 year scratch warranty! I have had them 1 year and THREE months. I told her that I had called and asked about a warranty and she told me that ?all her staff know about the warranty? and that I must have asked the wrong question. Then she sent me on my way. She just didn?t realize how far she sent me ? never to go there again.
