The first of June my wife of 11 years and I split-up. I was verbally abusive to her and my step daughter, was controlling over my wife, and had alot of trust issue. I was given Dinos number from a friend who encouraged me to go seek help for the depression, anger, resentment and the loneliness. At our first meeting he ""cleansed"" a memory of mine for thirty years ago. I know it sounded pretty hokie to me too, but as i left his office and got in my car, i realized this memory that had always played out in my head didn't bother me so much, and then a few miles down the road it bothered me even less and the next day it was what it was supposed to be a memory that i could look back on and learn from- nothing more. I have seen dino a few times since then to address the other issues in my life and every time while I'm walking away the issue shrinks and shrinks the further from his office i get. He has helped me greatly, i smile more i feel better about myself than i have in a long time . I think his kind and gentle demeanor helps in the process..
